"Nouvaris" means the "Best Mind". It comes from two Greek words, "nous", meaning "mind", and "aristeo", meaning the best. The "V" in the center suggests victory, also supporting the idea of "new".

Sounds unbelievable? It is. Nouvaris is a state where we unlock our mind's own natural capacities to assist us in achieving greater self awareness. In Nouvaris we learn to observe how we, and others speak. By making simple adjustments in the common words we often use, we shift from unproductive thoughts, and we create more positive, reality based language. Aided by the coaching process, a dynamic shift takes place. We soon step into an entirely new state of self awareness, and understanding. This is what I call Nouvaris, or the "Best Mind". We begin to trust our own "best mind" in this excitingly new manner. We begin to make confident decisions about what we want, and watch in amazement as our minds begin to immediately deliver what we request. Day by day we become more aware of our power to shape and control our own thoughts and world by shifting common words. Our own sense of well being continues to improve. We expand out of a constricted, self conscious world, to a world of limitless possibilities which we create. We begin to move ahead feeling fuller and more complete having freed ourselves from the invisible anchor which kept us from sailing toward our dreams. Filled with the gentle breezes of inner harmony, balance and peace we feel more integrated and whole. Amazingly, there is no longer any need to fill an invisible void. Foolish addictions and fantasies begin dropping off. Instead, we feel more secure and eager to share as a new person, with a striking transformed identity, and vibrantly alive being.

This gift comes from a person who is strikingly transformed, and vibrantly alive who may be willing to share it with you. This gift is for those who believe that something higher and greater is possible. It will cost certain unproductive, learned habits, and behaviors which are useless in producing a state of Nouvaris. The coaching and training will replace deeply embedded, often unconscious behaviors which cause doubt, despair, victimization and negation of self and others. We will engage in simple daily deconstructive, and reconstructive habits designed to transform the mind. Through personal coaching one can acquire powerful techniques of self awareness in a short period of time. This training is reserved for certain persons who truly believe, and sincerely feel that they are being called to a higher and more distinguished mission of leadership through stature, grace and elegance. The Workshop

During this study we will strengthen command capabilities by creating enduring loyalties and morale among all our associations. We will perfect the art of persuasion in our dealings by fine tuning conversation and communication skills. We will earn the lasting admiration and respect from the most important people in our lives. We will hone our talents to generate deeper and more genuine respect from a difficult child, a subordinate and from the shrewdest and most formidable superior. We will learn the secrets of how to realign any person’s most hidden source of inertia and sometimes stubborn resistance to produce agreement and cooperation. We will focus our years experience to direct strategic influence and power in specific areas. We will significantly manifest the wealth of our maturity, discipline and wisdom in our community.

I have facilitated hundreds of workshops with the California Department of Correction and coached thousands of clients who have achieved immediate remarkable results.

Each workshop takes one hour and consists of individual and group discussion of the prior week’s assignment. This course requires a minimum of reading but a maximum of participation. In other words, I am looking for participants that like to be on the court. Most of the information I will present is already known but inadequately understood except by the world’s top leaders. As facilitator I aim at causing a clearer self-awareness and facility by each participant to shifting ones thinking when necessary. Achieving this goal is my promise to you. The course will quickly remove personal barriers and transform into a majestic “team” designed to support individual achievement.

Although noticeable changes occur immediately, it will take eight weeks with a dedicated group of five participants to exercise, and to refine skills and enjoy the benefits of employing them in specific areas.

Specifics?

The initial course runs eight consecutive weeks, and should be composed of a committed five to seven person group that will survey, evaluate and apply the material. A two hour long workshop per week will consist of a brief overview followed by group discussion of the prior week’s assignment. There is a minimal amount of required reading. The material designed to address individual needs will stimulate deep participation encouraging significant break-through paradigm shifts away from undesirable thinking and behavior patterns. This style and approach to training achieves immediate measurable results.
